Returns & Exchanges

Migrino guarantees that you will be satisfied with all of the products we offer. Our product quality is guaranteed. We want you to be completely happy with anything you buy from us. However, you do want to carefully check the exact dimensions of the item you are purchasing before making a purchase. Please refer to the detailed description on the product page.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, we can easily arrange a refund or an exchange for you, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to request a return or an exchange.

RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
1. Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
3. Clearance items and final sale items are not returnable or returnable for exchange only.
4. Free gifts are non-refundable or non-returnable.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Contact Customer Service with order information and a brief description of your reason, indicating if you would like a refund or would prefer an exchange. When requesting an exchange, please provide the style, size and color of the new item you wish to receive.

2. We will review your request and get back to you ASAP.

3. If your return request is approved, please be sure to indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper. Then put the paper inside your package along with the item(s) you are going to return and pack the item properly.

4. Send item(s) back to us through the local post office. If you are in urgent need of handling the returned parcels, please contact our customer service and provide a tracking number for the returned parcels.

5. We will process your return within 5 business days after we receive your parcel.

*Note:

Please contact us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Please be sure to double-check your returns before. We are not responsible for the return of non-Migrino products.
We are not responsible for shipping costs that may be incurred regarding the return of a product.
We reserve the right not to accept any return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.
If there is any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours and take photos and videos to show us the defect for us to verify.


REFUND
In case of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded by Migrino in case of returns.

Once your package reaches us, please allow 3-5 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

EXCHANGE
After returning the original products to us, you can contact us to order a replacement item. This ensures you get the item you want, as well as credit for any discounts used.

Then we charge for your replacement item and ship it for free. As soon as we receive your returned item, we refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

If your return is accepted, we will send you information regarding the return address.
Items sent back to us without a prior request for return will not be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Your order will be fully refunded if it's canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied to cover warehouse processing expenses. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders are already in transit.
